How to Make Sharon's Quick & Easy Cornbread
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- In a 12in. iron skillet add oil.
- In a bowl mix meal,flour,oil from the skillet, buttermilk, and water. Pour into skillet.
- Bake until edges are brown approx. 15-20 min. then turn oven to broil until golden brown. Turn onto plate and cut into small squares.
