Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk, unsweetened
- 2 - eggs,lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter,melted
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- - pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- - corn oil for deep frying
How To Make sesame bites

Step 1Combine the sugar, coconut milk, eggs, and coconut butter in a bowl. Combine the flour, shredded coconut,baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Knead lightly until smooth.

Step 2Form the mixture into small balls with your hands, or with 2 tsps. Spread out the sesame seeds on a plate and roll the balls in them to coat.

Step 3Half fill a wok or deep heavy bottomed skillet with oil and heat to 350-375 or until a cube of bread browns on 30 seconds. Remove with a perforated spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
