This recipe was given to me by our pastors wife many years ago and it is the quickest and best yeast rolls I have ever made.

1 1/2 stick
self rising flour
active dry yeast
How To Make
Melt butter, let cool.
Put yeast in warm water in a large plastic bowl, add beaten egg, melted butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well.
Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Dough can be refrigerated and used later.
