This recipe was given to me by our pastors wife many years ago and it is the quickest and best yeast rolls I have ever made.

Ingredients

1 1/2 stick
butter
1
egg, beaten
2 c
water, warm
4 c
self rising flour
1/2 c
white sugar
1 pkg
active dry yeast

How to Make Sandy's Quick Yeast Rolls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter, let cool.
  • 2Put yeast in warm water in a large plastic bowl, add beaten egg, melted butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well.
  • 3Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 4Dough can be refrigerated and used later.
