This recipe was given to me by our pastors wife many years ago and it is the quickest and best yeast rolls I have ever made.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 cups water, warm
- 4 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast
How To Make sandy's quick yeast rolls

Step 1Melt butter, let cool.

Step 2Put yeast in warm water in a large plastic bowl, add beaten egg, melted butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well.

Step 3Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Step 4Dough can be refrigerated and used later.
