Ingredients
- 1 loaf of white bread dough,thawed
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and patted dry
How To Make roll -up reubens

Step 1Roll out thawed bread dough to a 12 by 10 inh rectangle. Cover dough with corned beef to within 1/2 inch of edge, then spread on cheese and sauerkraut.

Step 2Roll up jelly roll style along the long side. Place seam side down on a sprayed baking sheet.

Step 3Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375^. Bake for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
