Ingredients
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 - egg
- 2-1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cup chopped rhubarb
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make rhubarb bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350^. Combine milk, baking soda, salt & vanilla in small bowl; mix well. Combine brown sugar, oil & egg in mixer bowl; mix well. Add milk mixture alternately with flour, mixing well after each addition. Stir in rhubarb. Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle with mixture of melted butter & sugar. Bake for 1 hour.
