1In large bowl, combine 1 1/2c. flour and yeast. Heat milk, water, sugar, salt, & margarine until warm. Pour into flour & yeast mixture. Add egg and beat on high for 3 minutes. By hand, stir in 1 3/4 cups of flour. Cover and let raise for 30 minutes.
2While batter is raising make topping in sauce pan. Mix all topping ingredients together and heat until margarine is melted. Put topping in a greased 9x11 or 11x13 baking pan.
3Stir down batter and drop by spoonfuls(approx 2in in size)on topping. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool for 1 minute and turn out on cookie sheet.
