How to Make Quick Pizza Dough
- Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously for about 20 strokes. Let rise about 5 minutes.
- Using floured hands, pat dough onto pizza pan.
- Top with sauce, desired toppings and mozzarella cheese or cheese blend. I like to lightly sprinkle the pizza with Italian Seasoning.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
Hint: This recipe can be made using dough hooks on an electric mixer or mixed by hand. Our family enjoys this recipe prepared on a baking stone.
