  • 1/4 c
    warm water
  • 1 pkg
    active dry yeast
  • 3/4 c
    lukewarm buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 1/2 c

How to Make Quick Buttermilk Rolls


  1. In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. reserve half of the flour- mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl, then add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix, then add reserved flour and mix well, knead until a soft dough forms and kneads well. In a greased pan , separate dough into rolls or leave whole for a loaf. let rise in a warm place until double. Oven 400 degrees and bake i5 minutes.
