Pumpkin White Chocolate Scones
vanilla or white chocolate chips
1Mix flour, sugar, baking power, salt and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Cut in butter using two knives or a pastry blending tool.
2In a small bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla. Add to the flour mixture with the can of pumpkin. Once almost blended, add in white chocolate chips.
3Place on cookie sheet in small mounds. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. If desired, can melt white chocolate and drizzle over top.
