4 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
1/4 c
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
1/2 c
butter, softened
1/2 c
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 can(s)
2 c
vanilla or white chocolate chips

How to Make Pumpkin White Chocolate Scones


  • 1Mix flour, sugar, baking power, salt and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Cut in butter using two knives or a pastry blending tool.
  • 2In a small bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla. Add to the flour mixture with the can of pumpkin. Once almost blended, add in white chocolate chips.
  • 3Place on cookie sheet in small mounds. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. If desired, can melt white chocolate and drizzle over top.
