- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon clove, ground
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1Preheat oven 400. In bowl mix flour,sugar,salt,al spices,bakingsoda and baking powder. Add butter and mix till mixture is course. In a bowl whisk egg vanilla and milk.

Step 2Stir into flour mixture to form dough. On floured surface knead dough a few time.

Step 3Form a rectangular shape,cut dough in half lengthwise then cut both halves into 4 equal triangles.

Step 4Grease cookie sheetand lay triangles on it. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden.
