Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups plain flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 2/3 cup water
How To Make pumpkin nut bread

Step 1Mix all ingredients together just til moistened. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans or you can make muffins.

Step 2Loaf pans - bake at 325 for 70 minutes. Muffin pans-bake for 15 minutes then check

Step 3let cool for 10 minutes in pan. After dumping onto alum. foil, coat bottom of bread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Can freeze. Keep tightly covered.
