When I make this bread I have to take some to my daughters job for all the workers they love it. This recipe makes 3 loaves of bread and it freezes good.

3 1/2 call purpose flour

3 csugar

2 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 tspground cinnamon

1 tspground nutmeg

1 cvegetable oil
-
2/3 cwater
-
4 lgeggs

1(15) ozcan of pumpkin
How To Make pumpkin bread

1Stir together flour and remaining ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.Diviad batter evenly among 3 greased and floured 9-x5-inch loaf pans.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center of each loaf comes out clean. Cool pans on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack
