Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs, beatened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar

How To Make pumpkin bars

  • Step 1
    HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COMBINE FIRST NINE INGREDIENTS; BEAT UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
  • Step 2
    BAKE IN AN UNGREASED 15 X 10 X 1 INCH BAKING PAN FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL FULLY.
  • Step 3
    COMBINE NEXT 4 INGREDIENTS; BLEND WELL UNTIL SMOOTH. FROST COOLED PUMPKIN BARS.
