This is always a big hit for my family. My kids love it they can't wait till thanksgiving and Christmas comes around cause they know it time. I hope you family enjoys as much as mine does.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c
    flour
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg (i use more to add more of a spice to it)
  • 1 c
    wesson oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 2 c
    pumkin

How to Make Pumkin Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. in lg. bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Make a hole in the dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients.For extra spice, dd a little more nutmeg. Mix well until smooth. Pour batter in 3 1lb. greased tube pans and bake for 1 hr. or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
