  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted

How To Make popovers

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 to with popover pan on rack. Sift flour and salt; beat egg very light and mix with milk; mix gradually with flour and add butter; beat 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Pour into hot greased popover cups or pans; bake 20-30 minutes. The mixture should be very cold and the pans very hot.
