How to Make Pizza Dough (Val's)
- 1Proof yeast, water and salt, about 10 min.
- 2Add vegetable oil, flour and sugar.
- 3With dough hook on mixer,let it run about 5 min.
- 4When done, spread on pizza pan, sprinkled with cornmeal.
- 5Let rise at least 30 minutes. You can also let rise until a few hours later, it doesn't matter.
- 6Poke a few holes in the bottom and bake about 10 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven. Take out, add your toppings and bake 20-25 min.
