Super easy to make and everyone loves it. If you don't have a Kitchen Aid, you'll have to knead. I like the idea that you control the timing. If something causes delay, no problem. If you'd like a pizza, it can be ready in less time than a delivery!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees)

How To Make pizza dough (val's)

  • Step 1
    Proof yeast, water and salt, about 10 min.
  • Step 2
    Add vegetable oil, flour and sugar.
  • Step 3
    With dough hook on mixer,let it run about 5 min.
  • Step 4
    When done, spread on pizza pan, sprinkled with cornmeal.
  • Step 5
    Let rise at least 30 minutes. You can also let rise until a few hours later, it doesn't matter.
  • Step 6
    Poke a few holes in the bottom and bake about 10 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven. Take out, add your toppings and bake 20-25 min.
