Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    (11 oz) rerigerated french bread dough
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan or romano cheese
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 8 oz
    pizza sauce

How to Make Pizza Breadsticks

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 375. Unroll the bread dough. Pat the dough over the bottom of a 12X15 in. baking sheet with sides.
  2. Brush dough with olive oil. Spread the garlic evenly over the prepared dough. Sprinkle with the mozarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and oregano. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Pour the pizza sauce into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Cut the baked breadsticks into long strips with a pizza cutter. Serve with the warm pizza sauce.
