Ingredients

  • 1 package (11 oz) rerigerated french bread dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 ounces pizza sauce

How To Make pizza breadsticks

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 375. Unroll the bread dough. Pat the dough over the bottom of a 12X15 in. baking sheet with sides.
  • Step 2
    Brush dough with olive oil. Spread the garlic evenly over the prepared dough. Sprinkle with the mozarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and oregano. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 3
    Pour the pizza sauce into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
  • Step 4
    Cut the baked breadsticks into long strips with a pizza cutter. Serve with the warm pizza sauce.
