I used Bisquick for the base of this scone recipe. I added oatmeal and peaches. They are somewhat more like a biscuit than a true scone.

1 c
1 c
oats, regular
1 can(s)
sliced peaches drained
cinnamon sugar (optional)

How to Make Peach Oatmeal Scone-kl


  • 1Preheat oven to 450 F.
  • 2Drain peaches.
  • 3Mix Bisquick and oats in a large bowl.
  • 4Add peaches and milk to the bowl.
  • 5Mix until just combined.
  • 6Sprinkle a cutting board with Bisquick.
  • 7Place dough on cutting board and shape into a 10 inch circle.
  • 8Cut dough into 8 pieces.
  • 9Place on a baking sheet leaving room between pieces so they can expand.
  • 10Sprinkle with sugar cinnamon mixture if desired.
  • 11Bake for 10 min.
