Ingredients
- 1 box cornbread mix-jiffy
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup creamed corn (small can works)
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make pat's cornbread

Step 1preheat to 350. Melt 1/4 (2 T) stick butter in 8x8 dish.

Step 2Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour in buttered pan.

Step 3cook about 30-40 minutes, until brown and firm. Patsy butters the top when it comes out, but I try to refrain.:) Opt: add chopped chilis or japlenos
