1/2 c
vegetable oil
1 c
sour cream
2 tsp
1 c
creamed corn (small can works)
1 tsp

How to Make Pat's cornbread


  • 1preheat to 350. Melt 1/4 (2 T) stick butter in 8x8 dish.
  • 2Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour in buttered pan.
  • 3cook about 30-40 minutes, until brown and firm. Patsy butters the top when it comes out, but I try to refrain.:)
    Opt: add chopped chilis or japlenos
