Ingredients
- 6 slices firm white bread, crust removed
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make parmesan croutons

Step 1Cut bread into 1/2 inch squares

Step 2In a large heavy frying pan, melt the butter and saute the bread cubes over medium high heat until lightly browned on all sides.

Step 3While still warm, toss the buttered bread cubes with the cheese and paprika in a paper or plastic bag.

Step 4Drain on paper towel and let cool.
