How to Make Parmesan Croutons
- 1Cut bread into 1/2 inch squares
- 2In a large heavy frying pan, melt the butter and saute the bread cubes over medium high heat until lightly browned on all sides.
- 3While still warm, toss the buttered bread cubes with the cheese and paprika in a paper or plastic bag.
- 4Drain on paper towel and let cool.
