Ingredients
- 1 pint milk, scalded and cooled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 quarts flour
- 1/2 - yeast cake
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make parker house rolls

Step 1Mix soft and let stand until light, add flour to knead. Kneading 20 minutes, let rise, roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Let rise and bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
