I needed something tasty and easy to fix along side my spaghetti and this worked for me. Hope you like it, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

How To Make oven-fresh bread sticks (garlic)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Cut the thawed dough into ten 1/2-inch-thick slices. Lightly flour a cutting board and, with your fingers, roll each slice into a 12-inch rope. Place on the cookie sheet and brush each with the beaten egg. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Note: If you like yours a little salty, I would add salt to the mixture that you will be sprinkling over the dough, then bake.
