- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup oats, quick-cooking, divided
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
How To Make oatmeal honey cinnamon quick bread

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.

Step 2Place butter, water, and honey in a large bowl. Beat well. Beat in eggs.

Step 3In a medium bowl, combine the flour, one cup of oats (reserving the 2 Tbsp for the top), baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Step 4Mix well and add to the butter, honey, and egg mixture.

Step 5Beat at high speed for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 6Spread evenly in the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with the reserved 2 Tbsp of oats.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.

Step 8Remove from oven and loosen sides of bread with a sharp knife. Let cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes.

Step 9Remove from the pan and let cool completely.
