Ingredients For oatmeal bread

1 coatmeal, uncooked

1/4 cbrown sugar

1/2 cwhite sugar

1/4 cmargarine
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 cboiling water
-
1 pkgactive dry yeast
-
1/2 cwater, warm
-
5 1/2 cflour
How To Make oatmeal bread

1Mix the first five ingredients and add to the boiling water. Stir well and let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour and knead well.

2Let rise for 90 minutes. Grease two loaf pans. Let rise until level with pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Grease top of bread when you take it out of oven.
