Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup water, warm
- 5 1/2 cups flour
How To Make oatmeal bread

Step 1Mix the first five ingredients and add to the boiling water. Stir well and let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour and knead well.

Step 2Let rise for 90 minutes. Grease two loaf pans. Let rise until level with pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Grease top of bread when you take it out of oven.
