  • 2 boxes jiffy corn bread mix
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 16 ounces sour cream

How To Make northwoods cottage cornbread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    In large baking pan, melt butter
  • Step 3
    In a bowl, mix all other ingredients
  • Step 4
    When butter is melted, roll to coat all sides of pan and pour rest into bowl with other ingredients
  • Step 5
    Mix well and pour into baking pan
  • Step 6
    Cook for about an hour, test with toothpick
