  • 1 large
  • 1 pkg
    active dry yeast
  • 2 c
    water, warm
  • 1/2 c
    honey or molasses
  • 4 c
    whole wheat flour, or apf
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp

How to Make No Waiting Rolls


  1. Mix the water, yeast, egg & honey or Molasses. Set aside.
    Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and all of the yeast mixture.
    Add the two mixtures together.
    This will be a thin dough. Oil muffin tins, or spray with nonstick spray.
    Fill the muffin tins 1/2 full.
    Bake about 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven.

    You can keep this dough in the refrigerator for up to a week. Bake as many as needed. Makes 24 to 30 rolls.
