2 cwarm water
2 pkgactive dry yeast
6 1/2-7 csifted flour
1/4 csoft shortening
How to Make No Knead Rolls
- In mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water
- Add sugar salt and half of flour. Beat throughly for 2 mins.
- Add egg and shortening. Beat in gradually rest of flour until smooth
- Cover with damp cloth. Place into refrigerator for few hours or over night .
- Grease and flour muffen pans . Shape into 3 small balls and place in each muffen cup .
- Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or til golden brown
