How to Make Never Fail Rolls
1Combime yeast, sugar, salt, shortening in large bowl add warm water mix well
2Add egg, flour, slowly beat 25 strokes. cover let let rise in warm place for 2hrs
3Punch down, turn onto a well floured surface. knead gently 1 min. to rolled out 1/3 inch thickness. Cut into desired shape.brush with butter. Let rise for 2 hrs.
4Bake 375 degree for 15 min. Then bake 425 degree for 10 min. until done
