egg well beaten
2 1/4 c
sifted flour
butter, melted
1 c
water, warm

How to Make Never Fail Rolls


  • 1Combime yeast, sugar, salt, shortening in large bowl add warm water mix well
  • 2Add egg, flour, slowly beat 25 strokes. cover let let rise in warm place for 2hrs
  • 3Punch down, turn onto a well floured surface. knead gently 1 min. to rolled out 1/3 inch thickness. Cut into desired shape.brush with butter. Let rise for 2 hrs.
  • 4Bake 375 degree for 15 min. Then bake 425 degree for 10 min. until done
