Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 ounces beer
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1/5 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
How To Make my everyday bread

Step 1Pour oil into a bread machine container. In a small liquid measure, pour in the beer. Fill with water up to 1 1/3 cup mark.

Step 2Add all dry ingredients, in the order listed.

Step 3Note: reverse ingredients if your machine requires dry first.

Step 4Run on basic bake cycle.

Step 5When it beeps, wait about 5 minutes before removing.

Step 6Wrap in a towel while warm for a softer crust.

Step 7Note: I personally prefer dough settings and then rise in loaf pan before baking in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
