Dissolve 1 cake yeast in 1 C milk scalded and then cooled. Add sugar and flour. Beat until smooth.
Add egg white and salt. Knead lightly and place in greased bowl to rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
Shape into rolls about walnut size and let stand for 30 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly browned.
