Ingredients
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups gold metal flour
How To Make mom's pizza crust

Step 1Preheat oven: 425 degrees Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes).

Step 2Divide dough ingredients in half on lightly greased baking sheet. Top with sauce & pizza toppings. Bake: 20-25 minutes Yield: Two 10 inch pizzas
