For those that still make bread without a bread maker.

Ingredients For moms honey bread
- STEP 1

1 cluke warm water

1 tspsugar

2 Tbspyeast
- STEP 2

2 cluke warm water

1/2 choney
-
1 Tbspsalt (heaping tablespoon)

1/2 csaflower oil
- STEP 3

9 cflour
How To Make moms honey bread

1Combine first three ingredients and let stand 10 minutes. Stir until blended.

2Add next four ingredients and beat.

3Then stir in flour 1 cup at a time. You may need to adjust flour amount or add a little water at this point to get correct consistency. Knead until smooth and elastic.

4Place in a bowl, cover and set in a warm place to rise to double in size, 1-2 hours. Punch down and divide into 3 loaves. Shape and place in greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise again until rounded over top of pan, approx. 1 hour.

5Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
