How to Make Molasses Mini Loafs
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a mini meatloaf pan or regular bread pan.
- Place the raisins in a bowl and sprinkle with a little flour and dust them well.
- In a medium bowl mix the buttermilk, molasses, oil, and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. mix in the dry ingredients and then stir in the raisins.
- Bake for 25 minutes in mini pan or muffin pan or 45 to 50 minutes regular bread pan
