3/4 cgolden raisins

1 1/2 cbuttermilk

2 1/4 cflour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/3 cmolasses

3 Tbspcanola oil

3/4 cdark brown sugar
How To Make molasses mini loafs

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a mini meatloaf pan or regular bread pan.

2Place the raisins in a bowl and sprinkle with a little flour and dust them well.

3In a medium bowl mix the buttermilk, molasses, oil, and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. mix in the dry ingredients and then stir in the raisins.

4Bake for 25 minutes in mini pan or muffin pan or 45 to 50 minutes regular bread pan
