Ingredients
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
How To Make molasses mini loafs

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a mini meatloaf pan or regular bread pan.

Step 2Place the raisins in a bowl and sprinkle with a little flour and dust them well.

Step 3In a medium bowl mix the buttermilk, molasses, oil, and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. mix in the dry ingredients and then stir in the raisins.

Step 4Bake for 25 minutes in mini pan or muffin pan or 45 to 50 minutes regular bread pan
