(i've not tried jiffy mix this way, but it calls for an egg, so you would need to add one.)

How to Make Moist Cornbread


  1. Preheat oven to 375. Line round cake pan with foil, spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix corn muffin mix with creamed corn and pour into prepared pan.
  3. Cook for 30 - 35 minutes or until set.
  4. Loosen foil and lift from pan. Turn out onto plate and cut in wedges.
