moist banana bread
Look no further for a very moist and delicious banana bread recipe! *I normally use the foil loaf pans but today I experimented with my AS SEEN ON TV BROWNIE PAN SET.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (fresh is best!)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups mashed very ripe bananas (4)
- 3 - eggs
How To Make moist banana bread

Step 1Spray loaf pan with Pam or similar. This recipe makes two loaves if using foil pans (NOT the mini sized ones)

Step 2Mix all dry ingredients first. Make a well in the center then pour all liquid ingredients.

Step 3Blend together well. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan about 2/3 full. Sprinkle additional chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees until done (approximately 48 minutes)
