Ingredients
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 packages dry yeast
- 6 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make mixer rolls, mom's

Step 1Scald milk, add butter, salt and 1/2 cup cold water. Add 2 cups flour with yeast and sugar mixed in. Beat 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Add 2 cups flour and eggs. Beat 2 minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups flour gradually. Mix well. Knead lightly. Let raise double. Punch down and form rolls. Place in greased pan and let double again. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
