Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated butermilk biscuits
  • 1 cup sugar cinnamon mixture
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • SWEET ICING
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon pancake syrup

How To Make mini monkey bread

  • Step 1
    Open both cans of biscuits and start tearing them into pieces(4 from each biscuit). Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, put in the pieces of biscuits and sprinkle them with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. You can add as much or as little cinnamon as you like.
  • Step 3
    Melt the butter an pour onto the biscuits. Mix together. Place at least 4 pieces of the mixture into each individual well in the Pampered Chef brownie pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 12-15 min. While baking you can make the icing. Simply mix the milk into the confectioners sugar..add a touch of syrup and stir.
  • Step 5
    Pour the icing onto the Monkey Bread while its still warm and ENJOY!!
