- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1-12 ounce beer of your choice
- 1 small handful of cornflakes, crushed
How To Make microwave beer bread

Step 1Coat a greased loaf pan with corn flake crumbs.Put batter in pan and smooth it over. Dot with butter on top. Sprinkle cornflakes crumbs on top.Bake on medium heat for 9 minutes, then on high for 2 mins.longer... Let cool before removing from pan.
