Ingredients
- 2 packages jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 4 - eggs,beaten
- 1 can chopped green chilis
- 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
How To Make mexican cornbread

Step 1Stir together all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes.
