    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 4
  • 1 can(s)
    chopped green chilis
  • 1 1/3 c
    vegetable oil

How to Make Mexican cornbread


  1. Stir together all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes.
