Ingredients

  • 1 can cream corn
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • pinch pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cups self-rising corn meal
  • 1/4 cup self rising flour
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • - jalapeno peppers to taste
  • 1 cup greated chadder cheese
  • 1 cup butter milk

How To Make mexican corn bread

  • Step 1
    mix all ingredients together.(seed and chop peppers)(if batter is thick add water to thin batter to a cornbread consistency)Bake at 375 for 30-35 min./until golden brown.you can half this recipe for a smaller pan.
