    cream corn
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • pinch
    pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 c
    self-rising corn meal
  • 1/4 c
    self rising flour
  • 3
  • 1/3 c
  • ·
    jalapeno peppers to taste
  • 1 c
    greated chadder cheese
  • 1 c
    butter milk

How to Make Mexican Corn Bread


  1. mix all ingredients together.(seed and chop peppers)(if batter is thick add water to thin batter to a cornbread consistency)Bake at 375 for 30-35 min./until golden can half this recipe for a smaller pan.
