brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
20 g
marang fruit's meat
16 oz
evaporated milk or water

How to Make Marang Steamed Bread


  • 1Mix thoroughly Marang fruit's meat to all ingredients, until done well...if it's too sticky add a 1/4 cup of water or evaporated milk.
  • 2Put in a baking pan, garnished with a little amount of butter to prevent bread from sticking, cover with a foil and steamed in 30 minutes.
  • 3take it out from the baking pan and slice diagonally...serve up to 5 persons.
