Ingredients
- 20 grams all purpose flour
- 1 small egg
- 100 grams brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 20 grams marang fruit's meat
- 16 ounces evaporated milk or water
How To Make marang steamed bread

Step 1Mix thoroughly Marang fruit's meat to all ingredients, until done well...if it's too sticky add a 1/4 cup of water or evaporated milk.

Step 2Put in a baking pan, garnished with a little amount of butter to prevent bread from sticking, cover with a foil and steamed in 30 minutes.

Step 3take it out from the baking pan and slice diagonally...serve up to 5 persons.
