lisa's cracklin cornbread
This recipe was belonged to my grandmother and she made them all the time. We love it and it is so good and eat with any kind of beans. Enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising corn meal (preferably white lily)
- 1 cup self-rising flour (preferably white lily)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup cracklings
How To Make lisa's cracklin cornbread

Step 1Spray sillet with Pam. Melt margarine in an iron skillet (iron works better). Mix meal, flour and sugar together in a large bowl. Add eggs, oil and milk. Add melted butter and cracklings. Stir all well. Pour in skillet. Bake in a 425 F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
