These are great for any recipe that calls for bread crumbs...You can season them as you see fit....Spice them up or just plain, or add them to your stuffing...Keep them in the freezer to stay fresh.....they come in real handy...

- - zip lock bag
- - old pillow case

Step 1Preheat oven to 250* non greased cookie sheet Place sliced bread on cookie sheet Place in oven cook for 20 minutes and turn over cook another 20 minutes...will brown

Step 2Once dry, pull from oven and place bread on paper towel to cool and dry out.... approximately 2 hours...

Step 3Hubby will, put bread slices into zip lock bag and place bag into pillow case, place on flat surface and hit with Rubber Mallet till desired crumbs are reached by turning and shaking bag...Then bag so you may use and store in the freezer...
