I use Jiffy cornbread mix in several recipes. This will save me time and money. I got this recipe from the internet on another recipe site.

    biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c
    yellow cornmeal
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg

How To Make jiffy cornbread mix copy

    Mix dry ingredients together well. Add milk & egg and mix till all lumps are gone. Bake @ 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
