2 1/2 tspsalt
1/4 cpowdered milk or powdered buttermilk
3 tspactive dry yeast
How to Make Italian Bread-Bread Machine/Oven
- Cast Iron skillet method: Once dough has risen in machine, remove and place in a 13" greased skillet, cover, let rise until doubled in size. Bake 375° for 33 min. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top before baking if desired.
