This is the lazy version of beer bread :)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 12 ounces room temperature beer (the better the beer the better the bread...harps is a good choice)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How To Make irish beer bread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375
  • Step 2
    Hand mix all ingredients until blended...do not use a mixer or do not beat.
  • Step 3
    Put mixture into a prepared loaf pan, i use the standard size loaf pan
  • Step 4
    Bake 45 minutes or until done.
