indian fry bread
When my girls were younger our Girl Scout troop would go to a Native American Indian Pow Wow. They would make the most amazing Fry Bread. In the fry bread they would put taco meat, lettuce. tomato, cheese and top it with sour cream.. For dessert they would make the dough a little sweeter and added canned cherries and powdered sugar. I thought of these and found this recipe. I made them last night and my daughter said "oh mom this brings back such great memories'.
