- 1 cup self-rising corn meal
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 4 tablespoons chopped valdalia onion
- 1/2 cup sweet milk
- 2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
