Ingredients
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 3/4 cup self rising flour
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup water
How To Make hush puppies

Step 1Combine all ingredients well. You may need to add more water for proper consistency. Drop by tablespoon in hot oil. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2The recipe says to make better add baking powder and baking soda.
