Ingredients
- 1 stick butter/margarine
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages dried yeast
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 4-5 cups flour (i use unbleached)
How To Make honey wheat bread

Step 1mix 2 pkg yeast with 1 and 1/2c of very warm water in a big bowl with wheat flour let sit for about 10-15 minutes

Step 2heat on stove butter, honey, salt and milk til butter melts do not boil

Step 3cool the honey mixture then add to the wheat flour stir until well blended then add flour until a nice dough forms knead until smooth let rise until double in size inside the bowl then remove to a lightly oiled pan(your choice I use a corning ware dish about 9x9) punch down and let rise again until double in size

Step 4bake in preheated oven 325 til done should sound hollow when tapped for about 35-45 minutes
